Rachael Humphries is a strikingly unique photographer who utilizes various environments and poses to create delightful and interesting portrait and figure compositions. She specializes in everything from portraits to high fashion and wedding photography.
Challenge:
Rachael needed a website that not only allowed her images to captivate the viewer, but also allowed the viewer to navigate easily and find her services.
Solution:
A dark background was used for Rachael’s site to increase the contrast and make the brightness and color of the photography pop. Extremely colorful and vibrant images were chosen for the homepage to e their services, bold type and icons were used to draw in the viewer. Featured services were included on the homepage to entice the viewer into discovering more of the website. The size of the gallery was chosen to fit on most screens without the need to scroll. The type was kept to a minimum to allow the viewer to focus on the images and get to the vital information as quickly as possible.
